Crazy Ex Girlfriend

The Inspo:

The Zine is based on the ending of the season 2 theme song of the CW show “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”

I wanted to match the quirky vintage vibe of the song and add a special popout element to the end, inspired by the last line of the song.

The Thought Process

Started making illustrations in a retro-modern style with duotone and hashing to imitate old print techniques. Once the art was made, I printed it all out and started assembling a dummy book.
