Andrea Ferragotti
-
Andrea Ferragotti is a Mexican-American freelance illustrator and animator who makes short animations and illustrated content for books and marketing. Born in Mexicali, and growing up in southern California, Andrea has always been known for drawing and writing, starting at the age of six when she developed a habit of filling her dad’s business notepads with flipbook art. She wrote her first novel at the age of 12 and has not stopped creating stories since.
She has worked as an Animation Generalist, and Creative Director, giving her experience in Script Writing, Storyboards, Animation, and Video Production.
Her work features fun, imaginative elements, usually including anthropomorphic creatures and bright colors. She finds a lot of inspiration in her cats, Cleopatra and Eva, and atomic space age illustrations from the 50s and 60s.
